We want to thank our beautiful community and customers for all the support! Between the spaghetti dinner, the silent auction and the GDBG Equipment Grant, we have now been able to level up! Gone from baking 4 loaves at a time, to 10! We start our line of sourdough soon and will be able to bake as many as 16, all at once!!!!. You have all changed our lives forever and we are eternally grateful. Your constant support and encouragement keep us moving onward and upward! Thanks for being part of the journey with us.
WE'RE SO EXCITED!
We are only a couple of weeks away from being able to get inside and start sprinkling some of our Bonilla Bread flavors in our retail space.
We'll be sure to keep everyone posted on the progress.

Come Brake Bread With Us
Join us for dinner on Sunday, October 22nd.
If the floor work is done in time we will have "The Before" tours so that the community can see where we are and hear where we plan to be. Our community has been a part of our journey, every step of the way and we plan on keeping that relationship going.
There will also be a silent auction to raise money for commercial equipment.
Menu: spaghetti, (Zoodles & GF sauce for our GF friends), meatballs, salad, plenty of BREAD, and a sweet treat.

Movin' On Up
Bonilla Bread will be moving to it's first retail spot on Main Street in Bethlehem. We are so excited and can't wait for this part of the journey to get in full swing!
